FTA Files are the files used by your FTA Loader Software to load on your FTA Receiver. Once you load an FTA File to your receiver you can then use your FTA Receiver to watch FTA Satellite TV. Satellite TV providers will constantly hack these FTA Files making it necessary to download the next latest FTA File for the receiver you own.

How do I pay for my purchase? (US and Can funds)

To make a purchase simple click on the "buy now" button corresponding with the product you would like to purchase.  Once you click the "buy now" button, it will transfer you to a secure Pay Pal site where you follow the on-line instructions to make a purchase with your credit card. Or you can make an e-mail money transfer from your debit or credit accounts by simply transferring the total amount listed (plus $25.00 shipping and handling) to vip@ftavip.com.

All costs are in US funds.  To find out how much your purchase will be in Canadian funds, simply click on the following currency converter link http://www.forex.ch/converter.htm and type in the amount that you would like to switch from "United States Dollar" to "Canadian Dollar" to get the amount in Canadian funds.

 


 

Where can I find the support and files for my receiver ?

You can find support and files for your receiver in our VIP Section.  Upon joining for a VIP Membership, you will receive a username and password that you will use to login to our VIP section to gain access to all of our support and files.  The VIP Section is for VIP Members only.


 

How do I sign up for a VIP Membership?

To sign up for VIP Membership, you must purchase a 1 month, 6 month or 1 year support package.  You can do so by clicking the "buy now" button corresponding with the length of support you would like to purchase. This will transfer you to a secure Pay Pal site where you follow the on-line instructions to make a purchase with your credit card. Or you can make an e-mail money transfer from your debit or credit accounts by simply transferring the total amount listed to vip@ftavip.com.


 

Which receivers does FTA VIP currently support ?

We currently have instructions and files for the following receivers:  Viewsat, Sonicview, Pansat, Coolsat, Ariza, Buzz, Fortec, Captain, Neusat and Captiveworks.


 

What is my username and password ?

Upon joining for a VIP Membership, you will have a username and password automatically created for you by FTA VIP.  Your username and password will be e-mailed to the e-mail address that you have indicated on your Pay Pal account or e-mail money transfer.


 

When will my purchase arrive?

All purchases usually arrive to their destination 2-4 days from the date of purchase.  Once your purchase has been shipped FTA VIP will send you a tracking number and a link to the shipping company's website (either FedEx or Canada Post) to the e-mail address which you used to make the purchase.  You can then copy and paste your tracking number into the shipping company's website to find out your shipment's tracking information, where it is at the current moment and its expected delivery date.


 

How do I cancel the One Month trail membership?

Please note that only the One Month Support has the automatically monthly Subscription. If you buy Six Months Subscription or longer. Your account will not be automatically renewed.

As the billing of your account was handled through PayPal, you will need to cancel your billing request through them in order to avoid future billing. Paypal will then notify us of your cancellation request and we will officially cancel your account from our end.

If you are unfamiliar with how to cancel your subscription through Paypal please use the following instructions:

* Log in to your Paypal account and go to the ‘My Account’ Section
* Click on the ‘History’ link
* Choose ‘subscriptions’ from the drop down menu
* Go to the row in which ‘FTAVIP Subscription’ is listed and click on ‘Details’
* Near the bottom of the page is a button ‘Cancel Subscription’, click on it
* Verify cancellation request by clicking on the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button on the next page
* Paypal will notify us of your subscription cancellation and we will then complete the cancellation process from our side
